The NON-refundable booking fee will be taken off the total amount due. *2 days notice MUST be given for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Anything less than 2 days is considered a last-minute cancellation. We will use your Non-refundable booking fee to reschedule your appointment 1 time only, because we understand sometimes things happen beyond our control. *If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and the $100 booking fee will be forfeited due to “last-minute” cancellation. I understand sometimes things happen so, if you choose to reschedule, I will honor the original booking fee this one time. ***Anyone who is a No Call/No Show will forfeit the $100 booking fee. If you decide to reschedule, an additional $100 booking fee will be required to rebook. If that appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or a No show again, the deposit is forfeited, and no further bookings will be allowed.
