Cancellation Policy
*2 days notice MUST be given for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Anything less than 2 days is considered a last-minute cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service appointment.
*If you are 10 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited due to “last-minute” cancellation. I understand sometimes things happen, however you can call prior to the appointment time to see if I can accommodate the lateness or if you need to reschedule.
*A reschedule less than 48 hours notice will require a new non-refundable booking fee in order to rebook.
***Anyone who is a No Call/No Show will forfeit the booking fee and incur a last minute cancellation fee of 25% of the total service appointment.
